My Approach

Hammering away

While some quick improvements can come through shifts in your approach to training, the real name of the game is consistency. Finding the balance of intensity and volume that allows you to grow sustainably is the key to long-term performance. My goal is to help you dial in that balance so you can go after that PR, that summit, or that finish line.

I believe that speed and power from the road are just as important as the stability, strength, and adventure found in the mountains. As a result, I incorporate a mix of road, track, and trail running in most plans.

Training plans built to your specific needs, aimed at helping you achieve your goals. We will have a discovery call to dig into your previous experience, injury history, and ambitions before creating a plan.

Email & Texting

Emails are great for covering in-depth topics and texts can be necessary when a question comes up right before a workout. Our plans include both to make sure you are confident in your day to day training.

Video Calls

Most plans include at least one monthly video call. Communication is hugely important on both sides (athlete & coach) so this is one more way of ensuring we’re on the same page.
